I’ve now made four purchases from Billykirk. This time, I picked up a zipper wallet with my partner’s initials for a gift, plus one for myself. The quality is just as fantastic as I’ve come to expect. These wallets are stitched nicely, with strong zippers, and the leather on the outside is a lovely quality that’s gonna age beautifully. "Great product and awesome customer support"
So, let me share my experience with Billykirk. I got the mechanic belt for my husband, but, of course, I messed up the size. I tried to fill out the exchange form on the website, but it just wouldn’t work for me. Luckily, I shot an email to someone at the company, and he quickly sent me a return label after I explained the situation. I told him the size I actually needed, and soon enough, the new one arrived. It fits like a dream and is really well made. I’d definitely shop with them again.
